Spinal cord pts	MAP < 85
SAH unsecured	MAP < 90, SBP < 140
SAH Secured	MAP 90-100, SBP < 160
TNK, tPA	To give TNK or tPA, must have sbp ≤ 185 and dbp ≤ 110 for post TNK or tPA, sbp 140-180
